Vanilla perks & books localization updated to show/describe bundle unlocks. Vanilla bundles how have a recipe to turn items back into bundles. Vanilla ammo bulk craft recipe adjusted to the new stack amount (Same 20% Discount). All vanilla bundles are now full stacks, example 9mm 100 before now 300. By default (On Windows) that would be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To DieĪlternately you can extract anywhere and move the "Mods" folder to the same place. So localization in this mod may or not show depending what other mods you have and what they change.Įxtract to your 7 Days To Die's install Directory. This means only 1 mod can change a vanilla localization item at a time. The current method of modding localization means i can only add things to the end of the file, so to change or add something to an existing key you have to copy what's there and edit it then add it as a new key and point the what ever vanilla skill, item etc localization to the new name key. Should be compatible with most mods, however mods that change vanilla stack sizes may cause issues. You should make a backup before installing just in case. However this mod does make changes/additions to progression.xml, which when heavily modified is known for wiping characters on existing worlds. I have tested to see if this mod will wipe existing characters and in my SP test and on my server it was fine. But, that could be my own personal perceptions and not what the actual mechanics are.Note on changes to progression and existing saves In my observations, it appears, that the farther away from the ground you place your forges and campfires the less likely you are to be visited by screamers. Using my single forge and campfire for day to day again I was not bothered by a single screamer. I moved my base of op's over to the roof of a nearby Ostrich hotel. When I had a single forge at ground level along with my campfire for day to day use I constantly had screamers. In 83 minutes and 20 seconds I've cooked 8000 units of cement, not once, in the rooms existance has a screamer emerged to investigate it. It takes 500 pieces of wood, per forge, to break down 2000 rocks, per forge, into 2000 cement per forge. It holds 5 forges, 4 for cement making, 1 for rebar frames, and forged steel, 2 cement mixers, 1 for crushed sand, 1 for mixed cement. Originally posted by Wielder_Of_The_Pimp_Hand:The fact that I myself have 3 forges of my own dedicated to solely the purpose of making cement does kind of pose a problem with screamers.Īfter I have mined out an empty space in my under-ground quarry, near, but not under my base of operations I cement off a 10L X 10W X 5H room. Also, if you decide to expand the ceiling upward remember to extend your Flagstone column's upward too, if you hit a sandy deposit and the ceiling gives away under the spot a Flagstone support column needs to be you'll have to add the extra flagstone blocks right up to and touching the ceiling (no air spots between it and the ceiling) in order for the column to support the area around it, if necessary you can add a few more support columns in the caved in dome for extra safety and peace of mind. (7) You can now safely dig out all the rocks in your mini squared area w/o fear of a cave in.Īlways use the Flagstone column's N,S,E,W faces as a point of reference, while expanding your underground rock quarry, always place another Flagstone column on every 6th block from the last (Nearest) one you made, there shouldn't be any more than 5 empty blocks between all your Flagstone column's block faces. (6) Go to North tunnel and dig 6 blocks North then turn and dig 6 blocks west, Now., turn and face South and dig 6 blocks in, you should have run into the flagstone blocks you placed last. (5) Go back to the North tunnel and dig 6 more blocks in a Northern direction, Facing West, dig 6 blocks in and fill the 6th block with Flagstone from bottom to top. (4) Facing West, dig 6 blocks in length, at the 6th block fill it with Flagstone blocks from bottom to top. (3) Again, Using a primary compass point (I'll use North for this example), dig a straight lined tunnel along the bottom floor 6 wooden frame blocks in length. (2) Tunnel down to the bottom layer, once there tunnel along one of the primary compass points to the spot you want to mine rocks. So you'll need to gather 1500 pieces of clay and small rocks for the 500 Flagstone blocks. 1 clay + 1 small rock ='s 1 cobblestone rock, 3 cobblestone rocks ='s 1 Flagstone block. (1) First and foremost while topside gather enough clay and small rocks to make a 500 unit stack of flagstone. You can dig out large underground sections of stone without fear of cave ins by doing the following.
